1. Library visitors shall register their data in library register and leave their baggage in secretariats section.
2. Library location is reserved for reading and studying.
3.  Faculty staff and students are allowed to borrow books for a period of not more than one month for faculty staff and a week for students.
4. Visiting researchers are obliged to general system of university libraries.
5.  loud sound, food and beverages are not allowed inside library halls.
6. Smoking is prohibited inside library halls.
7.  Using mobile telephones is prohibited inside library halls.
8.  External lending is not allowed for scientific thesis , periodicals, foreign books.

Scientific databases:

1- From within the library / providing access to the holdings of university libraries, as well as providing access to theses, research and international databases.
2- From outside the office:

      • Obtaining the user name and password in the library to enter the future library management system.
      • Obtaining steps to access the databases from home.

Using Knowledge Bank:

The library provides access to Egyptian knowledge Bank from within library by accessing website www.ekb.eg , which requires an email account for the user.
