Missions and scholarships:

1. Missions of all kinds (internal - external - joint supervision) and take implementation actions.
2. Scholarships (provided from foreign countries) as well as personal grants (to obtain a scientific degree, or to collect scientific material) and to take implementation actions.
3. Grants received from universities Supreme Council or Academy of Scientific Research and technology or Egyptian Embassies abroad, or from foreign parties.
4. Follow-up of abroad scholars till they return to country and work in their faculties.

Department of Exchange and cultural activity:

1. Attending internal and external conferences, seminars, training courses and workshops.
2. Travelling to scientific missions of all kinds and take implementation actions.
3. Bilateral agreements, executive programs, international federations.
4. Visiting professors.
5. Recruiting Egyptian, Arab and foreign trainees and researchers.
