Duties of the International Student Affairs Offices
Preparing an archive database with the data available to international students in the college by activating the (Ibn Al-Haytham) system accurately in each of the two university stages (bachelor’s or bachelor’s degrees - postgraduate studies) so that the university administration and the various embassies can view the data of its students
Distributing guidebooks for new students to introduce the various college departments and study systems in each of the two university stages (bachelor’s or bachelor’s - postgraduate studies)
Conducting monthly meetings and reports for the foreign students’ offices in the faculties and submitting these reports to the Higher Committee for Supervising International Students
Academic support by making reinforcement groups for students who stumble academically within the college
Providing aid and support to talented students and patent holders
Supporting outstanding students from the previous academic year by holding a celebration at the beginning of the new academic year in the presence of all students
Guiding students about the medical support provided by the University Students Hospital and following up on students
Communicate with faculty members abroad from each college to activate the establishment of external relations with universities and send the result of the communication to the university’s expatriate department
