- Liaising with all concerned departments within the university to facilitate and direct the procedures for receiving international students' papers and speeding their review and issuing admission decisions and graduation certificates.

- Providing instructions for the various services (therapeutic - cultural - recreational) available to students within the college.

- Organizing meetings to welcome newcomer students to introduce them to the university and to encourage cultural dialogue between different nationalities.

- Measuring the satisfaction of international students with the level and type of service.
