- Preparing an archive database with the data available to international students in the college by activating the (Ibn Al-Haytham) system accurately in each of the two university stages (bachelor’s or bachelor’s degrees - postgraduate studies) so that the university administration and the various embassies can view the data of its students

- Distributing guidebooks for new students to introduce the various college departments and study systems in each of the two university stages (bachelor’s or bachelor’s - postgraduate studies)

- Conducting monthly meetings and reports for the foreign students’ offices in the faculties and submitting these reports to the Higher Committee for Supervising International Students

- Academic support by making reinforcement groups for students who stumble academically within the college

- Providing aid and support to talented students and patent holders

- Supporting outstanding students from the previous academic year by holding a celebration at the beginning of the new academic year in the presence of all students

- Guiding students about the medical support provided by the University Students Hospital and following up on students

- Communicate with faculty members abroad from each college to activate the establishment of external relations with universities and send the result of the communication to the university’s expatriate department
