Prof. Ashraf Mohammed Abdul Basit, Mansoura University President decided in September 10, 2019, to form a higher committee headed by University President and membership of Prof. Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, and Prof. Ahmed Abdel Al-Azim faculty vice dean for Education and Students Affairs. This committee is responsible for overseeing preparation and implementation of "First Cycling Festival for Universities and Bodies at Mansoura University"
