Mansoura University's policy in dealing with cases of infection with new coronavirus for Mansoura University community (father- mother- wife - children)
When symptoms of coronavirus appear:
• Mansoura University hotline service (01023015271 or 01115166298) to inquire or report injury before going to clinic or hospital.
• Going to headquarters of the surveillance clinic below psychiatric building at University Hospital from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. except Friday, with arrival of affiliation proof to Mansoura University, other than these dates, go to respiratory assessment area on ground floor of Emergency Hospital.
• Necessary tests are carried out to determine extent of suspected infection with coronavirus or not, and determine whether or not the case will be admitted to hospital or not.
• In case of need to enter hospital (care complex) it is done directly from diagnosis place, whether the surveillance clinic or the emergency clinic.
• Hospital administration shall inform university administration to complete administrative procedures for injured person.
• Necessary medication is determined whether the patient is isolated in assigned hospital or isolated at home and give the patient proof of infection.
