Mansoura University seeks for leadership and distinction in educational, research and community service process to contribute in building a knowledge society within the sustainable development framework, and on this basis it has committed to implement quality management system in accordance with following policies:
1- Satisfying beneficiaries of university's services:
university is constantly striving to achieve requirements of current and future beneficiaries, within procedures and work steps, and ensuring commitment to implementing quality management system in university's departments.
2- Continuous development and improvement:
university seeks, through Center for Quality Assurance and Performance Assessment, to reach desired quality objectives to achieve continuous development and improvement in accordance with quality assurance and sustainable development concept
3- Application of approved standards:
University is obligated, through Center for Quality Assurance and Performance Assessment, in all its operations, to apply standards of National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation
4- Qualification and training:
University relies heavily on skills and competencies of its employees and is committed to qualifying them and developing their competence through continuous training. Training needs are determined on work requirements, developments, and techniques, where training outputs are verified and its results are effectively evaluated.
5- Responsibility for implementation:
Responsibility for implementing quality management system is a shared responsibility of all university employees to perform their assigned work that has a direct impact on quality of services provided to beneficiaries
