Regarding the aptitude tests that qualify for admission to some colleges, for which admission is required to pass these tests for students of the General Secondary Certificate for thisaptitude tests00 year

In light of the work schedule of the Office for the Coordination of Admission to Universities and Institutes for this year 2022, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is pleased to announce that the Coordination Office will start its work after the end of the Egyptian high school exams by organizing capacity tests for its students wishing to enroll in colleges whose admission is required to pass the qualification tests. This is in accordance with the conditions and rules issued by the Supreme Council of Universities.

In order to facilitate for our students and within the framework of the e-government system, and the digital transformation we are witnessing in all areas and services provided by the state in all its organs, the Ministry of Higher Education has provided the opportunity for our students to register their desires to perform aptitude tests electronically through the electronic coordination website on the international information network The Internet, during the period from Monday, 25/7/2022 until Saturday, 6/8/2022.

The colleges for which admission is required to pass the aptitude tests are:

1. Faculties of Mass Communication.

2. Faculties of Fine Arts (Arts - Architecture).

3. Faculties of Applied Arts in universities (Helwan - Damietta - Banha - Beni Suef).

4. Faculty of Music Education in Zamalek, Helwan University.

5. Faculty of Art Education in Zamalek, Helwan University.

6. Faculty of Art Education, Minia University.

7. The two divisions of art education in my faculties (Education in Ismailia, Suez Canal University and Faculty of Education in Suez, Suez University).

8. The two divisions of education (Art Education and Music Education) in the faculties of Specific Education and the Division of Educational Theater in the Faculty of Specific Education, Mansoura University and its two branches (Mitt Ghamr - Meniet El-Nasr).

9. Colleges of Physical Education.

10. Ismailia College of Education (Musical Education Division) Suez Canal University.

11. Nursing colleges and technical nursing institutes.

12. Faculties of Technology and Industrial Education at the Universities (Helwan - Suez - Beni Suef - Sohag).

13. The faculties affiliated to the universities of technology in each of (New Cairo University of Technology - Delta Technology University - Beni Suef University of Technology - October 6th University of Technology - Borg El Arab Technology University - East Port Said University of Technology - Taibah University of Technology - New Assiut University of Technology - Samanoud University of Technology - Misr International University of Technology (including the College of Technology in Cairo - the College of Technology in Fayoum "Demo") - the Egyptian German College of Technology in Assiut).

The dates, selection of faculties and places for performing the qualifying aptitude tests for them will be registered through the electronic coordination service on the Internet at the following website: www.tansik.egypt.gov.eg

● Steps to register for aptitude tests through the electronic coordination website on the Internet:

• The student enters the e-coordination website shown above and then enters the aptitude tests registration page on this website.

• The student starts the registration process to perform the aptitude tests, using the national number and the student's seat number.

The student shows his personal data, which includes (the seat number - the student’s name - the national number - the governorate - the educational administration to which the student belongs - the school - the division studied by the student "scientific - engineering - literary"), and the student must ensure the correctness of the data recorded on the electronic coordination website of the student.

• A list of the types of aptitude tests available to the student, the colleges and places designated for performing these tests, as well as the dates specified for the student, appears to the student.

• The student chooses the type of abilities and the date he will go to the college will be determined, knowing that the capabilities of the faculties of physical education will last for three consecutive days.

After the student completes the registration process, the student prints a receipt that includes the types of abilities that he expressed the desire to perform, the dates and places for performing these tests in the faculties that the student registered on the electronic coordination website.

• The concerned faculties are obligated to hold capacity exams on the specified dates.

Faculties are also obligated to send and enter exam results directly through the college's page on the e-coordination website, for all suitable students who take these exams, after making sure that the sitting number and the student's name are correct, so that there are no errors in the results.

The electronic coordination program is provided with the names and data of students who have passed these exams to be nominated accordingly. The colleges are fully responsible for these results within the time period allocated for this, as no other results will be considered after closing the electronic coordination site to register suitable students in these exams.

• Exams are held on the scheduled dates once for each type of abilities. The student who fails in them is not allowed to take ability tests again, whether in the same college or in another college. Any paper statement given by colleges with the result of the abilities exams will not be considered in order to ensure transparency with our students.

☆ Required papers when performing exams at the college:-

1) - The student’s sitting number in high school and a copy of it for each of the abilities tests he wishes to take.

2) - One (1) personal photograph for each of the tests, except for the physical education abilities tests, which require two (2) personal photographs for those wishing to perform these tests.

☆Important note:

This stage is limited to Egyptian high school students only, and the dates for holding capacity tests will be announced later for students who have equivalent certificates (Arab - foreign), and diplomas of industrial technical institutes and industrial technical schools system (5, 3) years in light of the conditions and rules of admission, and that After the results of these students appeared.
