1. Conducting an external review of the study programs for the undergraduate and graduate studies and preparing a formation of external auditors for the programs and courses for the undergraduate and graduate studies coming from the scientific departments for the academic year 2020/2021.
2. Conducting the internal audit on the scientific departments of the college and selecting Prof. Dr. / Mohamed Kamal Mustafa Al-Samanudi, the full-time professor at the Sports Recreation Department, as the head of the faculty’s internal audit team.
3. Conducting an internal audit of the college’s physical facilities (classrooms, stands, stadiums, laboratories, gymnasiums, library, control).
4. Forming a committee to prepare the college’s strategic plan 2022-2027.
5. Restructuring the Executive Council of the Quality Assurance Unit at the college by amending the name of the auxiliary departments of the Executive Council of the Quality Assurance Unit to comply with the requirements of the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation, the 2015 version of the accreditation of higher education institutions.
6. Preparing the tasks of the newly created departments in the organizational structure of the Executive Council of the Quality Assurance Unit, and they are as follows: (Department of Internal Audit, Measurement, Evaluation and Evaluation, Department of Digital Transformation and E-Learning).
