A scientific and sports visit to the Naval College in Abu Qir, Alexandria, to learn about the capabilities and modern teaching and learning methods within the Naval College
Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater. President of Mansoura University, and Professor Dr. / Mohamed Attia Al-Bayoumi. Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, led by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Azim Abdullah. Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, and Professor Dr. Ehab Hamed Al-Barawi. Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs
The college organized a scientific and sports visit to the Naval College in Abu Qir, Alexandria, with the aim of identifying the possibilities and means of modern teaching and learning within the Naval College and the advanced methods used in dealing with its students, and to increase the awareness of the college students of the role of our valiant naval forces in protecting the land and supply, and how our naval forces were able to cross into Egypt to Amidst a lot of challenges and difficulties... May God protect Egypt's leadership, army and people.
This comes in implementation of the vision of Egypt 2030, the goals of the new republic, and the directions of the political leadership, in the integration, interdependence and cohesion between the various institutions of Egyptian society, and benefiting from the many experiences and transferring successful experiences..
Within the framework of the visit, the delegation received Major General Staff Harb / Ashraf Al-Mushrafi, Director of the Naval College, where they talked about how to receive the new college students, the criteria for selecting the Naval College student, study hours, examination and admission systems, and the extent of development in the college's study systems.
The program was opened by Major General Staff Harb / Ashraf Al-Mashrafi, Director of the College, by welcoming the President of Mansoura University, Prof. Dr. Sherif Khater, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Azim Abdullah, Dean of the College and Head of the Delegation, and the attending students from the accompanying delegation, with his lectures about the Maritime College and the facilities it provides for enrolled students. Where a documentary film was shown about students’ coexistence within the college, as well as reference to the most important sporting achievements of the college in many sports, especially sailing and boating, and winning many international and local medals …
And during the visit. And as included in the program, a sports day was held between the students of the Naval College and the students of the college in a number of sports, the most important of which are football, volleyball, bowling and other team and individual games with the aim of exchanging different physical and sports experiences …
Finally. The delegation met with the leaders of the Naval College to conclude the visit, and a lunch party was held on the sidelines of the visit, where His Excellency Brigadier General Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Azim Abdullah stressed that it is important to hold such visits to benefit from the expertise of the military in terms of physical, sports and administrative aspects, and to transfer expertise to the various educational institutions.
