The College Council, in its session No. (332) on September 19, 2021, approved the formation of the Cultural Relations Committee as follows:

Missions and scholarships:

1. Missions of all kinds (internal - external - joint supervision) and take implementation actions.
2. Scholarships (provided from foreign countries) as well as personal grants (to obtain a scientific degree, or to collect scientific material) and to take implementation actions.
3. Grants received from universities Supreme Council or Academy of Scientific Research and technology or Egyptian Embassies abroad, or from foreign parties.
4. Follow-up of abroad scholars till they return to country and work in their faculties.

Department of Exchange and cultural activity:

1. Attending internal and external conferences, seminars, training courses and workshops.
2. Travelling to scientific missions of all kinds and take implementation actions.
3. Bilateral agreements, executive programs, international federations.
4. Visiting professors.
5. Recruiting Egyptian, Arab and foreign trainees and researchers.
 

The College Council, in its session No. (332) on September 19, 2021, approved the formation of the committee as follows:

1. Library visitors shall register their data in library register and leave their baggage in secretariats section.
2. Library location is reserved for reading and studying.
3.  Faculty staff and students are allowed to borrow books for a period of not more than one month for faculty staff and a week for students.
4. Visiting researchers are obliged to general system of university libraries.
5.  loud sound, food and beverages are not allowed inside library halls.
6. Smoking is prohibited inside library halls.
7.  Using mobile telephones is prohibited inside library halls.
8.  External lending is not allowed for scientific thesis , periodicals, foreign books.

Scientific databases:

1- From within the library / providing access to the holdings of university libraries, as well as providing access to theses, research and international databases.
2- From outside the office:

      • Obtaining the user name and password in the library to enter the future library management system.
      • Obtaining steps to access the databases from home.

Using Knowledge Bank:

The library provides access to Egyptian knowledge Bank from within library by accessing website www.ekb.eg , which requires an email account for the user.

Faculty Library consists of two halls:

1. First hall for: Postgraduate and faculty members
2. Second hall for undergraduate students

• Acquiring all important knowledge sources for physical education science to enrich scientific research in sports field.
• Saving researchers’ time and effort.
• Contribute to society intellectual building
• Protect, preserve and make use of heritage and human thought.
• Teach and prepare specialized human resources.
 

Faculty library plays an important and prominent role in educational process and scientific research process where library serves a large number of under students and postgraduate students, faculty staff and their assistants in various disciplines from within our faculty and other faculties.
Faculty library contains many books, dictionaries, encyclopedias, periodicals and scientific thesis, to facilitate knowledge process and usage of its holdings, which assists in scientific research and human thought protection and preservation.
Library’s beneficiaries are also trained on good usage of the library and its various sources.

The library is committed to acquiring what is new in physical Education sciences to prepare and qualify a graduate with high efficiency in theoretical and practical performance.

Library Vision

The library seeks to occupy a privileged position between other libraries of physical education faculties through library mechanization and working with modern electronic systems.
 

Application to Diploma-Master-PhD for expatriates:

Application to postgraduate stage begins in first of August till end of March every year for diploma, Master and PhD, through following website:

The required papers are:
1. Information Form and application proof (obtained through previous website).
2. Original Bachelor certificate with grades list (to apply for diploma or Master) or original master's certificate (for PhD).
3. Letter from student’s embassy in Cairo (to determine funding provider: student's own expense or embassy expense).
4. Equivalence Certificate from Supreme Council of Egyptian universities.
5. Valid Passport (original)
6. Birth Certificate (original)
