The expression of quality is not a new expression, but rather it was the beginning of its appearance in our Arab-Islamic culture, and the best evidence for that is what was mentioned in the Qur’anic verses and hadiths of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, confirming that, as the Almighty said in his holy book: {The work of God who perfected everything} ( 88) Surah An-Naml.. {We do not waste the reward of the best work} (30) Surah Al-Kahf.

In our world today, quality is a necessary requirement for every establishment and institution that aspires to achieve globalization and competition in a world that is turbulent with modern and rapid changes.

We can improve the educational process and achieve a qualitative leap through the implementation of the strategic plan of the college and the application of a package of procedures and systems that ensure the development of the educational process and the achievement of the standard standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation, and then improve the educational product in a way that enables it to comply with the requirements of society and increase the competitiveness of the college at the level local and global.
