• Editorial board president or his vice shall direct research and scientific studies to arbitrators and present their reports to Editorial committee, taking into consideration confidentiality of authors’ names.
• Researcher receives a copy of arbitrators’ report without mentioning their names in order to make necessary modifications.
• Presenting the last copy of research after modifications to Journal secretary.

Arbitrators' decision:

Arbitrators shall issue their opinion on research validity for publication, provided that not delaying their opinions for more than 15 days from receiving the research, and the opinion become one of following decisions concerning submitted research for publication in the Journal:

• Research/ Scientific topic is valid for publication and does not need any modifications.
• Research/ Scientific topic is valid for publication after making modifications and proposals.
• Research/ Scientific topic is not suitable for publication

Authors are notified with editorial board decision to accept or reject scientific research within (6-8) weeks from research submission and give the researcher a two-week deadline for making the required modifications
