Duties of Student Affairs department
Student Affairs Department provides the following services to students:
- Preparing medical examination documents for new students.
- Accrediting registration of new students.
- Preparing payment statements of tuition fees.
- Issuing faculty ID cards.
- Extracting registration statements.
- Conducting transfer procedures from other faculties.
- Accrediting personal ID issuance and passports applications for students.
- Accrediting forms of social researches provided for students' sponsorship.
- Accrediting application forms for university cities admission.
- Preparing excellence rewards' statements.
- Preparing for examinations and extracting seating numbers.
- Conducting students' transfer procedures to medical treatment administration.
- Receiving and presenting students' excuses for illness.
- Extracting students' railway and bus applications.
- Following up decisions' implementation of Faculty Council, University Council and Universities Supreme Council.
- Preparing library loan records.
- Preparing team records.
- Preparing Converters documents
