Duties of Student Sponsorship department:

• Discovering talents and special abilities in different fields (sports teams - folk arts - cultural activities - camping - student families).
• Implementing a specific program for new students' reception through introducing those new students to study system and faculty facilities and discovering students' outstanding talents in activities.
• Composing different teams in all department's activities (sports - cultural - artistic - families - social and trips - camping and public service).
• Following up students participating in different teams and activities in terms of teams' training and facilitating all matters of study for them in terms of attendance and absence in theoretical and applied examinations.
• Developing concept of annual activity plans considering available resources and what was implemented in previous year and study conditions in the new year.
• Implementing all listed plan's activities or received from university or Sports' Ministry or other bodies in terms of developing activity perception and then allocating financial support.
• Conducting cooperation protocols with various bodies to carry out bilateral activities with any faculty or Sports' Ministry or another body.
• Encouraging students with support in: tuition fees, textbooks, clothes, and other forms of student support.
• Helping students in need of social assistance through one of department's committees formed to identify students eligible for support.
• Supervising student unions elections through making preliminary statements and the holding elections and results' announcement.
• Registration of different student families and follow-up activities of those families and implementation of their various activities with other faculties.
• Implementing various recreational trips for faculty students to identify country monuments.
• Implementing various cultural programs (seminars, conferences, competitions, publications) for faculty students.
• Developing new methods of self-financing for department's resources to increase carried out activities.
• Participating and implementing all festivals, conferences, celebrations and sports shows that faculty participates in annually.
