Mission
The college maintains the excellence of its academic programs to prepare and qualify a qualified graduate who possesses theoretical knowledge, applied skills and specialized technology, and to provide innovative scientific research to serve the community in accordance with international quality standards.
Objectives
- Contribution in preparing qualified graduates (academically, professionally and educationally) to contribute in community service and environmental development to meet needs of labor market in field of physical education and sports.
- Providing psychological and social counseling services to sports institutions and national projects in field of physical education and sports.
- Providing guidance services, psychological and social intervention in cases of sports crises in public and private society sectors.
- Providing students with necessary information, knowledge, psychological and social skills to keep pace with labor market in fields of physical education and sports in light of quality standards.
- Designing programs for psychological preparation to build motivation and personality traits and development of psychological skills for professionals in field of sports and improve performance sports.
- Encouraging faculty members and their assistants to conduct scientific research within department’s research plan.
