Faculty Tasks Preparation and Assignment Meeting for the PhD Orientation Day
As part of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Mansoura University's preparations for the Orientation Day for PhD students, a meeting was held, chaired by Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Azim Abdullah, Dean of the Faculty, and attended by Professor Dr. Khaled Wahid, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, and a number of faculty members and support staff participating in the Orientation Day.

During the meeting, all organizational and administrative arrangements for the day were discussed. The following were discussed:

Tasks were distributed among faculty members according to their specializations and roles within the committees.

The tasks of the organizing and reception committees were determined, and the rooms designated for interviews and scientific presentations were ensured.

The timetables for attendance and discussions were reviewed to ensure the smooth running of the event without conflict or delay.

Emphasizing adherence to academic regulations and observing scientific standards in the evaluation of applicants.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean of the College thanked the faculty members and support staff for their continued cooperation, emphasizing the importance of this day in supporting graduate studies and achieving academic and research excellence at the College. Professor Khaled Wahid, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, also emphasized the need for full adherence to all regulations to ensure the optimal success of the event.
